Back to discuss the results of last week's bronchoscopy with the pulmonary doctor.

Later:

Back home from the pulmonology appointment. They did biopsies from three different places in my lungs last week. None of them show cancer. All show signs of inflammation from either recent or past illnesses. He wants to keep an eye on the one spot that lit up in the PET scan just in case, but other than that, this takes my lungs out of the equation. It looks like the melanoma on my scalp hasn't spread farther than the lymph node behind my left ear. That will make things less complicated when it gets to treatment. Just have the thyroid biopsy left to do, and that seems to be a just in case thing.
